All products sold on this site are digital downloads. No physical products will be shipped. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for products that have already been downloaded. If you have not yet downloaded your product/s and have changed your mind, we will happily process a refund – simply email a refund request to jennifer@teachingproducts.com.au within seven days of your purchase.
